There were many items learned in this training. One of my biggest takeaways was something that was said regarding communication. Paraphrased – it was good communicator is responsible for the message received, not what he/she said.

The food was great, but being a part of a team that wasn’t afraid to be interactive was phenomenal. Simon really broke social barriers between strangers and had us laughing and opening up in no time. Best training ever!
